هتان مشروع بدأ من فضول شخصي، ثم أصبح مساحة نشارك فيها القهوة التي نثق بها فعلًا.
لم تبدأ هتان كفكرة تجارية بقدر ما بدأت كسؤال مفتوح: كيف يمكن الوصول إلى قهوة تستحق أن تتكرر؟ ومن هذا السؤال جاءت سنوات من التعلّم، والتجربة، والبحث، وتذوق الكثير من أجل فهم ما الذي يجعل الكوب متوازنًا، واضحًا، وصادقًا.
في هتان، لا ننظر إلى القهوة على أنها منتج فقط، بل على أنها تجربة تبدأ من الاختيار. لهذا ننتقي المحاصيل بعناية، ونتعامل مع التحميص كأداة لإظهار الشخصية، لا لإخفائها.
ما نقدّمه هنا هو امتداد لما نحب أن نشربه نحن فعلًا: قهوة واضحة، نظيفة، متوازنة، ويمكن العودة إليها دون تردد.
نؤمن أن البساطة ليست نقصًا، وأن الوضوح ليس شيئًا عابرًا، وأن الكوب الجيد لا يحتاج إلى مبالغة ليُقنعك. يكفي أن يكون صادقًا.
HATAN began as a personal curiosity, then became a space for sharing the coffee we genuinely trust.
HATAN did not begin as a commercial idea as much as it began as an open question: how do you find coffee worth returning to? That question led to years of learning, experimenting, searching, and tasting in order to understand what makes a cup balanced, clear, and honest.
At HATAN, we do not see coffee as just a product, but as an experience that begins with selection. That is why we choose our lots carefully and treat roasting as a way to reveal character, not hide it.
What we offer is an extension of what we truly enjoy drinking ourselves: coffee that is clear, clean, balanced, and easy to return to with confidence.
We believe simplicity is not a lack of depth, clarity is never accidental, and a good cup does not need exaggeration to convince you. It simply needs to be honest.
